At the recent 2019 Citrix Summit, Arrow and our Citrix partners were proud to be recognized for our 2018 achievements.
Arrow received the Citrix Partner of the Year Award for Operational Excellence & Partnership, which identifies partner contributions by product, area, and performance.
During 2018, Arrow’s close partnership with Citrix resulted in a 20% increase in straight-through processing by year-end. Additionally, our clean order rate increased from 90% to 96% in just the first year since being onboarded in North America. Order to delivery also saw a 4% improvement. Arrow’s improvements in order accuracy rates is a direct reflection of our ability to quickly and, more importantly, accurately provide the best pricing to our partners.
These results are a direct product of Arrow’s constant, dedicated and ongoing collaboration with Citrix and our Citrix channel throughout the year. This is a great win for both Arrow and Citrix, as we continue to grow our joint practice to be best-in-class across the globe and throughout the industry.
