As of January 1, Arrow launched our new Marketing Help Desk, which is designed to offer marketing, onboarding and event support to Arrow’s emerging and immixGroup suppliers. It will also provide guidance and assistance to our partner community. Fees are associated with all services. Credit memos are not accepted. Emerging Supplier Onboarding

If you are an emerging supplier with Arrow, the Marketing Help Desk will provide marketing guidance and assistance by connecting you to the best Arrow marketing providers. Areas that we will support you include:

Events (ECS and immixGroup)

Arrow’s events team can help you with strategic, supplier or partner events. Event requests are on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests that are submitted without adequate preparation time may be denied.  You will receive a notification if your event has been declined. Types of events that we support include:

  • Strategic events (sales kickoffs, Arrow Technical Summit, etc.)
  • Supplier events (DellWorld, HPE Discover, etc.)

immixGroup Marketing Support

If you are a public sector supplier that occasionally needs some marketing assistance, the Arrow Marketing Help Desk can help you with direct marking that includes:
